I saw this posting on Facebook:

Which linked to this estate sale with over 10,000 records including, apparently, stacks of Sinatra and other things I would normally like.
Ah, but gentle reader, the records I picked up last week have completed the filling of my current record storage, and I won’t be picking up anything else (probably) until I get more. They’re so crammed into the current shelves that it’s hard to get anything out, which means I think it’s a good time to revisit some of the box sets which are more accessible. And maybe start on the Christmas records.
My beautiful wife encouraged me to go, perhaps as a distraction from all the current home-related feldercarb. But now is not a time to spend on old records which are probably in good shape and priced accordingly and cool older electronica.
Instead, it’s time to visit ABC Books twice in two days.
