I don’t know why Google Maps continue to include Times Beach, Missouri:
There it is, in the lower left corner, just north of Eureka on Interstate 44.
Times Beach, notoriously sprayed with dioxin, was disbanded and all of its citizens relocated in 1983.
But there it is, still on Google’s maps.
Also, in reflecting upon my nigh 20 years in the St. Louis area, I have lived in the following areas depicted on the map:
St. Charles
Murphy
Lemay
Maryland Heights (twice)
Webster Groves
Additionally, I have lived in the following areas not named on the map:
House Springs
Sycamore Hills
