“Rights” that are granted by the state can be taken away. Rights that pre-exist the state cannot.

Also, I’ve recommended to the Internet Rating Advisory Board to create a new abbreviation for these cases between NSFW and SFW: Not Safe For Finnish Attorneys (NSFFA). It’s the PG-13 of the Internet.
