The software now features the ability to produce documents for ITAR, which is the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ITAR\" target=\"_blank\">International Traffic in Arms Regulations<\/a>.  So on my <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/qahatesyou\" target=\"_blank\">technology Twitter Feed<\/a>, I <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/QAHatesYou\/status\/99501381697802242\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Today&#8217;s user scenario: I am an international arms dealer. No, really.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A user scenario, as you know, is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/User_scenario\" target=\"_blank\">describes the mindset and goals of a user interacting with software<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Someone responded:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>That&#8217;s good. Most of the software I work on is useless to you if you can&#8217;t get yourself some arms.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So I <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/QAHatesYou\/status\/99503101249208320\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Can I interest you in something on our menu? <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/q6PkGl\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/q6PkGl<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The link goes to a list of codes used in shipping munitions overseas.  Comparing this list provided by the United States Customs to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States_Munitions_List\" target=\"_blank\">the United States Munitions List<\/a>, I discovered that the list was missing one of the munitions categories (even though the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.census.gov\/foreign-trade\/aes\/documentlibrary\/usmldataelements.html#DDTCUSMLCategoryCode\" target=\"_blank\">Customs data element spec<\/a> says it should be available, but that&#8217;s government data integration for you).  So I <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/QAHatesYou\/status\/99511885950496768\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Man is holding me down. I can&#8217;t sell Directed Energy Weapons abroad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/QAHatesYou\/status\/99512139219337216\" target=\"_blank\">and<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I mean, the Pentagon&#8217;s selling its lightning gun on Ebay (<a href=\"http:\/\/t.co\/xZTAwK7\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/t.co\/xZTAwK7<\/a>), and I can&#8217;t sell particle beams to the Mongolians.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I thought it was mighty funny.
