It&#8217;s a guide for creating three-dimensional decoupage by layering multiple copies of the same image cut differently to add foreground and depth.  It&#8217;s an interesting idea, but it might not be something for me to try any time soon, if ever.<\/p>\n<p>The book focuses on a number of flower and fairy designs and includes a number of cutting guides which include the image and the portions of each image you&#8217;ll overlay to create the depth.  So it&#8217;s just a bit of glue short of an actual kit instead of a guide.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe I&#8217;m too plugged into political thought, but every time I type the author&#8217;s name, I find myself typing <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hilda_Solis\" target=\"_blank\">Hilda Solis<\/a>.
