Dave Tiefenbrunn.<center><br \/>\n&#8230;<\/center><br \/>\nThe brothers never entered the school and had no weapons on them when they were arrested, Tiefenbrunn said. Authorities withheld their names pending charges of misdemeanor trespassing and <strong>unlawful use of a weapon.<\/strong> <em>[Emphasis added.]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Just having a weapon apparently is unlawful use to St. Charles prosecutors.
