Taylor for investigation of evading arrest and <b>child endangerment<\/b>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Got that?  <i>Child Endangerment<\/i>.  Mother runs off from a ticketing officer, and suddenly she&#8217;s under the stormcloud of a nebulous criminal charge.<\/p>\n<p><i>Any<\/i> moving violation can now become <i>child endangerment<\/i>.  Speeding?  Rolling through a stop?
