Color you <i>shocked<\/i>, I say (if I can mix metaphors and allusions).<\/p>\n<p>Here, we have:<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/bsgfx\/gbh33.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" border=\"0\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/bsgfx\/gbh33.jpg\" width=\"600\" alt=\"Sports books, mostly\" title=\"Sports books, mostly\"><br \/>\n<font size=\"1\"><i>Click for full size<\/i><\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>Instant Replay<\/i> and <i>Distant Replay<\/i> by Jerry Kramer.  I&#8217;ve read the first, but the copy I read didn&#8217;t have a dust jacket.  So one of these books is a replacement.  The other: To Read.\n<\/li>\n<li>A field guide to Missouri Wildflowers.\n<\/li>\n<li>A couple of books by Eric Flint and Harry Turtledove, faves of the cool kids.\n<\/li>\n<li>The <i>Better Homes and Gardens New Garden Book<\/i>, sort of like the red checkered cookbook, I hope.\n<\/li>\n<li><i>Confessions of a Hooker<\/i>, a book I&#8217;d bought the week before in softcover, but this is <i>hardback<\/i>, you see.<\/ul>\n<p>I also got a couple of pictures for a quarter each, as you can see.  They&#8217;re almost like  Renoir.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, this was the Concordia Lutheran Church sale, not last week.
