No, ha ha!  It&#8217;s <i>different jurisdictions!<\/i>  So he&#8217;s being prosecuted for the same action, with the same crime name, but it&#8217;s not unconstitutional!<\/p>\n<p>Ah, the innovations in the legal systems since our founding fathers put quill to paper.
