The policy is designed to help struggling students catch up, KCTV reported.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I laughed out loud at the story.  But it&#8217;s not funny.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, the recent paradigm has been that a student can turn an assigment in late for half credit.  So now actually doing the work, albeit late, only will yield one up to an additional 10% for the student&#8217;s efforts.
