They&#8217;re scheduled to pick them up this morning, but it&#8217;s Snowmageddon, again, so who knows.<\/p>\n<p>However, my oldest son and I moved all the items to donate to the garage yesterday, and I kept rapping, &#8220;That&#8217;s a habitat!  That&#8217;s a habitat!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>So I told the young man about the season premiere of Sesame Street when he was a kid, the one where Big Bird thinks about moving from Sesame Street.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0q6HOwgFRY0\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I also explained that the season premiere of <em>Sesame Street<\/em> was kind of a big deal; the boys watched it every day for several years, maybe six total from boy 1 to boy 2, and that meant a lot of repeats.  So at least <em>I<\/em> was excited for new content.<\/p>\n<p>In sadder <em>Sesame Street<\/em> news, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ky3.com\/2022\/03\/11\/emilio-delgado-luis-sesame-street-45-years-dies\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Luis passed away<\/a>.  You might remember, gentle reader, that I posted him singing the firefly song <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/05\/it-makes-me-feel-like-i-live-in-the-country\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">in 2018<\/a>.  You know, I have recently asserted that things from one&#8217;s youth make an indelible impression in one&#8217;s memory; however, I have a lot of things from my children&#8217;s youth that I remember as well.
