{"id":28857,"date":"2021-08-28T08:19:37","date_gmt":"2021-08-28T13:19:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/?p=28857"},"modified":"2021-08-28T08:12:46","modified_gmt":"2021-08-28T13:12:46","slug":"they-saw-me-coming-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2021\/08\/28\/they-saw-me-coming-2\/","title":{"rendered":"They Saw Me Coming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Facebook proffers this item for my review:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/bsgfx\/ironmaidenigloo.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>I really hope that it&#8217;s because I&#8217;ve posted that <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2016\/09\/22\/the-iron-maiden-poster-that-got-me-a-wife\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">an Iron Maiden poster got me a wife<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And not because aforementioned beautiful wife has put an Iron Maiden cassette into the deck in our 2008 vehicle which I&#8217;ve been listening to in the mornings taking my oldest to band practice.<\/p>\n<p>Because I&#8217;m really close to believing that my phone was also listening and selling that information to shadowy Internet data brokers who passed it onto Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>I did click through, but I am not sure that she would get enough use out of a $50 cooler to buy it for her for Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>I wrote and scheduled this post last night; this morning, in my Facebook memories, I see this post:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Unfortunately, I often run out of Iron Maiden before I run out of work day.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Clearly they saw me coming in 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Facebook proffers this item for my review: I really hope that it&#8217;s because I&#8217;ve posted that an Iron Maiden poster got me a wife.
