{"id":28720,"date":"2021-07-31T15:44:29","date_gmt":"2021-07-31T20:44:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/?p=28720"},"modified":"2021-07-31T15:44:29","modified_gmt":"2021-07-31T20:44:29","slug":"from-the-imagination-of-brian-j-i-hope","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2021\/07\/31\/from-the-imagination-of-brian-j-i-hope\/","title":{"rendered":"From the Imagination of Brian J., I Hope"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I cannot help notice that all of a sudden, a lot of people are reading this eleven year old book report on <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2010\/09\/04\/book-report-it-happened-in-lemay-by-william-f-alden-1958-1970\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>It Happened In Lemay<\/a><\/em>, a comb-bound self-published collection of historical anecdotes and stories about south St. Louis County published by the editor of a tiny little paper in the area.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/bsgfx\/ithappenedinlemay.jpg\" target=\"_new\"><\/p>\n<p>In my imagination, several people have learned that the book contains clues to a secret of some sort, perhaps a treasure, and they&#8217;re desperately trying to find a copy (<em>the<\/em> copy?) that will lead them to wealth or something.  <em>And they will stop at nothing to get it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Personally, I hope it&#8217;s the location of the <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/22\/book-report-traces-of-silver-by-artie-ayres-1982\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Yocum Silver Mine<\/a> so I don&#8217;t have to travel too far to find it if I work out the mystery or get caught up in the search.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the biggest puzzle might turn out to be <em>Where is it on Brian J.&#8217;s read shelves?<\/em>  I mean, I read it right after we moved to Nogglestead.
