I&#8217;ve never been, but I&#8217;ve tried on occasion to subscribe to the local paper, <em>The Licking News<\/em>, from time to time ever since one got misdelivered to me a couple years back.  However, I&#8217;ve not pursued it to the point of actually <em>subscribing<\/em>.  Just looking on the Web site for an online form to subscribe and pay.  Which isn&#8217;t there yet.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, this is not a <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/category\/found-bookmarks\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Found Bookmark<\/a> nor is it as interesting, I suppose, as a <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/08\/a-trip-to-the-record-store-1981\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">record store receipt<\/a>, but it&#8217;s something.<\/p>\n<p>Now that I&#8217;ve scanned it, what do I do with it?  Pitch it, or try to repatriate it to Licking High School or the Texas County museum (which happens to be in Licking).
