The problem: lots of money going to administrative personnel, including a number who make over $100,000 a year.  Story: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stltoday.com\/stltoday\/news\/stories.nsf\/education\/story\/23047151AE35430086256F49002335AD?OpenDocument&#038;Headline=High-paying+salaries+triple+in+district\" target=\"_new\">High-paying salaries triple in district<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Too many administrators drawing on too much gravy.  I mean, how many assistant superintendents do you need?
