My goal is to always be more critical.<\/p>\n<p>The book is <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Empowered-Design-Decentralization-Gender-Trifecta\/dp\/1439913978\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;qid=1499443649&#038;sr=8-1&#038;keywords=meg+rincker\" target=\"_new\">Empowered By Design: Decentralization and the Gender Policy Trifecta<\/a><\/em> by Meg Rincker if you&#8217;re a political scientist and are interested.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the only time my name has appeared in print this year, so far.
