He spoke to several dozen corporate leaders Monday at a meeting of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I get to run this bit every couple of months when an elected official in a heavily populated governmental unit points out that a higher unit that collects taxes does not return more money to the lower unit than it collects.  Sometimes, it&#8217;s California complaining that it&#8217;s not getting its fair share of Federal money.  In this case, it&#8217;s a city saying it should have more money from the rest of the state.
