I&#8217;ve written a little before about <a href=\"https:\/\/brianjnoggle.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/10\/jeopardy-is-the-nexus-of-all-knowledge\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jeopardy! being the nexus of all human knowledge<\/a>, but that was really an example of it.  I&#8217;d see something on Jeopardy, and then my brain would flag it when I saw it again, usually soon thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, I got a dose of this brain matchmaking.<\/p>\n<p>I went to the library with my children, and there&#8217;s a Rubik&#8217;s Cube, something I hadn&#8217;t seen for a while.  Then we go to the dojo, <em>and one of the kids there is playing with a Rubik&#8217;s Cube.<\/em>  Have they become the thing again?<\/p>\n<p>So I read the latest issue of <em>St. Louis Magazine<\/em>, and one article (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stlmag.com\/news\/selling-grants-farm\/\" target=\"_blank\">&quot;Selling Grant&#8217;s Farm&quot;<\/a>) mentions the addax (an antelope with twisting horns).  Then I read the latest <em>Forbes<\/em> magazine, and an article in that magazine (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/christopherhelman\/2016\/01\/20\/in-the-oil-bust-this-texas-tycoon-sees-a-land-of-opportunity\/#2715e4857a0b15130c9948de\" target=\"_blank\">&quot;In The Oil Bust, This Texas Tycoon Sees A Land Of Opportunity&quot;<\/a>) also mentions the addax.<\/p>\n<p>So not only did I see two things in different places, <em>but I did it twice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps there&#8217;s a Philip K.
