He accepted, chose a haunted house motif, and bore the green-inked imprint proudly.<\/p>\n<p>At the child care desk, he couldn&#8217;t wait to tell the attendant about it.  &#8220;I have a haunted house,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You have a house?&#8221; the attendant replied.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s green,&#8221; I set up.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s green,&#8221; the child said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Leadership_in_Energy_and_Environmental_Design\" target=\"_blank\">LEED-certified<\/a>,&#8221; I said.  <\/p>\n<p>Nobody laughed.
