sure, lets ban bicycles, unicycles, and tricycles because all of them can hold a person who can shoot a gun. Blame the bike.
Heck, we can even ban air, since air is used by the shooter to breathe while on the way to their next crime.

Let us ban free citizens, just to be safe. Once only our elected and appointed betters can do anything, the country will be far safer.
